Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: As an Executive - Documentation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all quality-related documents are accurately maintained and comply with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include document control, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control:
a. Establish and maintain an organized document control system for quality-related documents.
b. Review and approve documents, ensuring they adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
c. Manage document version control and update processes.
2. Quality Compliance:
a. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality management systems.
c. Participate in internal and external audits, addressing any findings related to documentation.
3. Process Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality documentation workflow.
b. Work with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy in documentation processes.
4. Data Analysis:
a. Analyze data related to quality documentation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
b. Generate reports and present findings to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Communication:
a. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.
b. Work closely with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to align documentation with quality standards.
6. Adherence to SOPs:
a. Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed throughout the organization.
b. Collaborate with different departments to update and revise SOPs as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Certifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in document control software/tools.
· Must be excellent and proficient with Microsoft Office software is mandatory, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Terms & Condition
· The selected candidates will have to sign a minimum 3-year employment agreement with our company, which includes 2 year as a Graduate Trainee (GT) and 1 years as an Executive.
· After successful completion of 1 year of the training period and based on the performance you will be promoted to the level of Executive.
· During the training period, you are required to undertake all duties and activities assigned to you by your reporting manager.
