3. Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard.
4. Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.
5. Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
6. Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
7. Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business.
8. Negotiate quotes with vendors or artists and book them for the required dates.
