1. 6+ years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience is required Non It Recruitment, preferably in the Sales / Engineering function
2. Experience in implementing and executing sourcing strategies; and creating talent pipelines focused on Sales/Engineering talents
3. Experience from within a high volume recruitment function with the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
4. A team player, with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with peers in team, and key stakeholders
5. Result driven and build creative recruiting strategies for both lateral and leadership profiles to ensure optimum hiring within TAT.
6. Proficient with different job boards/portals, social media and business software tools such as Microsoft Office applications
7. Strong English verbal/written communication is must with an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
8. Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
9. Prior expertise in scaling teams for start-ups is preferred
