Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Engagement and Counselling:
o Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
o Provide detailed information about overseas education options, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
2. Admissions Process Management:
o Guide students through the entire application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of application materials.
o Coordinate with different internal departments to facilitate smooth admissions for students.
3. Relationship Building:
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
o Collaborate with educational partners to enhance opportunities for students.
Must Have Skills:
· Excellent listening skills + Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills, multilingual languages (where required) (English & Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
· BPO/contact center background & sales experience
· Comfortable with Daily – Weekly – Monthly sales targets
· Should enjoy working in a core sale-driven environment. Self-starter & ability to execute high-velocity closures.
· Zero to 2 years of experience in telesales
· Open to work in rotational weekly-off culture - 6 days working, including Sundays.
· Graduate in any stream
