We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Follows the cleaning schedule for all designated kitchen areas, equipments and surfaces.
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures for the Kitchen Stewarding department.
- Takes care that all Kitchen areas, Buffet and Staff Canteen are always clean, tidy and sanitized.
- Should have complete knowledge of all cleaning standards operating procedures.
- Keeps storerooms clean and tidy.
- garbage areas, garbage containers and receiving area are cleaned and sanitized at all times
- Good Knowledge of Hygiene & health and safety procedures.
- To follow up departmental rules set out by Chief Steward and Executive Chef
- Reports any defect immediately to Chief Steward / Executive Chef.
- Controls cleanliness of F&B areas
- Ensure minimum breakage and loss of Hotel crockery and glassware and follows the standard operating procedures in case of any breakage.
