RFD (Ready for Delivery) Executive is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are fully serviced, inspected, cleaned, and prepared for customer delivery as per company quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are Ready for Delivery (RFD) as per company standards.
• Conduct final inspection of vehicles before customer delivery.
• Coordinate with Service, Bodyshop, Washing, Quality and CRM teams.
• Verify that all repair and service jobs mentioned in the job card are completed.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, polishing and final presentation.
• Check pending jobs, rework and customer complaints before delivery.
• Verify required accessories, documents and delivery checklist.
• Ensure vehicle delivery within the committed TAT.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for immediate closure of pending issues.
• Update RFD status in the system/DMS and maintain proper records.
• Ensure proper handover of vehicles to the customer/CRM team.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards and quality guidelines.
