Salary & Benefits

• Incentives: As per company policy.
• DA: ₹80–₹150 per day.
• TA/Petrol Allowance: as per company policy.
• PF & ESIC: Applicable as per company policy.
• Room/Accommodation: Provided by the company.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information and explain product features, benefits, and usage to at least 15 farmers daily.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
• Mark daily attendance and field activities through the company mobile application.
• Develop product knowledge and continuously improve sales and customer-handling skills.
• Coordinate with the sales team and supervisors to achieve business objectives.
