Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle electrical components as per specifications.
• Perform component inspection and quality checks.
• Inspect and store PCBA components.
• Handle PCBA components and perform conformal coating activities.
• Perform manual soldering as required.
• Operate and assist with SMT/THT machines on the PCBA production line.
• Follow production, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.

Work Requirements

• Comfortable working in a standing production line.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• 3 Shifts: A, B & C
• Shift schedule will change every week.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹21,145/- (including PF & ESIC)
• Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹16,465/- (including attendance and statutory bonus)
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹70/day
• Food: 2 meals + 2 snacks provided
