Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable DG sets, generators, and related products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales offers.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
• Stay updated on company products, pricing, and competitor activities.
