Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by meeting builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.

• Promote elevator and escalator products, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.

• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and quotations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely customer support.

• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM, and prepare sales reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in elevators, construction, or related industries).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of elevators, escalators, and building construction.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
