Key Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery: Collect packages from the assigned location and safely deliver them to the customer.
• Route Planning: Optimize routes to ensure timely delivery and fuel/time efficiency.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers, verify deliveries, and obtain signatures or confirmations.
• Order Management: Handle delivery-related documentation, cash collections, digital payments, and reconciliation as required.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Product Handling: Ensure items are transported safely, without damage or tampering.
• Reporting: Update delivery statuses in the app/system and report issues such as delays, incorrect addresses, or vehicle problems.
• Candidate will be getting 14 Rs on Per Shipment Delivered.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter/cycle) in good working condition, including regular servicing.
