Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.

• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

• Monitor workflow and adjust processes as needed to optimize output.

2. Process Improvement

• Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methods.

• Standardize work procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet quality specifications and industry standards.

• Work with the quality control team to reduce defects and rejections.

• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

4. Equipment & Maintenance

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and recommend technical solutions.

• Suggest upgrades or modifications to improve reliability and productivity.

5. Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, R&D, supply chain, quality, maintenance).

• Train and guide production staff on processes and safety protocols.

• Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports to management.
