Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and Production: Assemble components, subassemblies, or finished products according to technical specifications, blueprints, or instructions.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or faults, ensuring they meet quality standards before proceeding to the next stage.
• Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance or adjustments on, assembly line machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, regulations, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, records of materials used, and document quality findings.
• Material Handling & Logistics: Unload, move, and organize raw materials and components for the assembly process.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify machine malfunctions or production issues, attempting minor fixes or notifying supervisors of defects.
• Packaging: Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping.
