Nature of the Job : Manufacturing (To work in production Department, Assembling of Auto Ancillary parts like Side Mirrors, Molding etc.)
Note. Able to read English, Hindi, Add and Subtract digits.


Stipend:-

• 10th , 12th Pass  INR 10648/- Per Month + 400 (Attendance Bonus) for full attendance)
•  ITI, Graduation INR 11713/- Per Month + 400 (Attendance Bonus) for full attendance)

Working Hours (Shift Timings) : 8 Hours in Rotational Shifts (A/B/C)
Canteen – Company having canteen facility  Free
Transportation – Company provide Free
Dress :- Company provide ( 50% cost borne by company)

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation & Monitoring: Assisting in running, setting up, and adjusting machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and wearing required protective equipment (PPE).
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects, conducting routine checks, and monitoring parameters like speed, pressure, and temperature.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine, basic maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and reporting or fixing minor machine malfunctions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Recording production data, documenting daily activities, and reporting issues to supervisors.
• Learning & Collaboration: Participating in training sessions, learning new production techniques, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
