Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Support with mobility and physical assistance (transferring, walking, wheelchair use).

• Administer medications as prescribed (if trained/authorized).

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage the patient in light activities.

• Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior, or condition.

• Help with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care (laundry, room tidiness).

• Accompany the patient to doctor appointments or errands if required.

• Follow care plans and communicate regularly with family members or medical staff.
