Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales/collection targets

Key Responsibilities:.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 
High School/Diploma/Graduate 
Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
