Guest Service Associate
Role Description To follow the instructions of Sr. GSA and serve the guest Role purpose To ensure steady flow of service to guests; respond to their requirements to support the Sr. GSA in achieving guest delight Responsibilities KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Action areas Coordinating work with team members To cooperate and coordinate with Sr GSA / Chef / Barker for smooth flow of the services Guest feedback score on service. Maximum presence in the section. Understand instructions & support the requirement of the starters through proper coordination with Sr. GSA and barker. Serving the customer in case the Sr. GSA is busy after realizing the requirement and acting immediately. To help the Sr GSA in re-laying the tables To respond to the guest requirement when the Sr. GSA is busy. To follow safety measures To safely place and remove the grill in order to ensure safe service to the guest Mishaps due to mishandling Safe handling of the grill and carrying starters. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Knowledge of local geographical preferences Experience (No. of years) 0-1 yr of work experience Skills Service orientation, basic communication skills, basic knowledge of cuisine, teamwork Qualification INTERAC TION Guests Internal External Some interaction with the guests Maximum interaction with Sr GSA and Baker No interaction with external vendors
