Below are the details and joining Criteria.

1 - As we are offering NAPS, hence the Stipend amount will be Rs 10,000 per Month.

2 - There will be overtime of 3-4 hours for at least 15 days in a month @ Rs 61 / Hour which will be approx. 3000 Rs in additional to the basic Stipend amount.

3 - Subsidized Food is available @ Rs 600 per Month wherein 1 full Meal (Thali) and Tea and Snacks are available. This amount will not be deducted from stipend amount of Rs 10,000

4 - Only Male Candidates are required.

5 - The candidates must be Fresher ( without PF account) and should be either 10th or 12th Class Pass.

6 - The NAPS Trainees will be working in the Mobile assembly line in the plant (which is fully airconditioned) and the work is very simple and environment is neat and clean.

7 - The candidates will work in 3 shifts i.e  - A, B and C shift. Shift Timings are - 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, 10 PM to 6 AM. The shifts will be rotational every week.

8 - No Transport facility is provided as the plant is located within the Noida city and affordable accommodation is available nearby at walking distance ( with 2 - 3 Kms).

9 - No Night allowance is paid.

10 - They require the candidates from location which is 200 Kms away from Noida, preferably from Uttarkhand, Orissa, Bihar, MP, East UP etc. Local candidates are not required.

11 - Training will be given for initial 3 days to the candidates joining the Plant.

12 - Attendance Bonus of Rs 500/ Month  for full Month attendance without any leave.

13 - Candidates needs to carry Photocopy of aadhar card, pan card and education certificates and 4 passport size photographs so that in case they are selected joining can be done same day.
